DBKay Prep Services exercises great care in handling, prepping, storing, and shipping all client inventory. However, we are not responsible for loss or damage caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier errors, weather conditions, customs delays, or client mislabeling. Liability for any damages, losses, or service errors shall not exceed the total amount paid to DBKay for the service related to the specific incident. Clients are encouraged to maintain their own insurance coverage for high-value or sensitive inventory.
In addition to our core offerings, DBKay Prep Services may provide accessorial services upon request or as needed to fulfill the scope of work. These services include, but are not limited to, relabeling, reboxing, additional handling, rush processing, documentation corrections, disposal of damaged goods, or third-party coordination. Charges for accessorial services will be itemized separately on invoices and are subject to client approval unless such services are required to maintain compliance or shipment deadlines. Any unforeseen or emergency tasks will be communicated promptly.
DBKay Prep Services offers Net 15 and Net 30 payment terms to highly qualified businesses that provide a valid DUNS number and meet internal credit approval standards. Businesses approved for credit must pay invoices in full by the due date listed. Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly finance charge, and accounts past due by more than 30 days may result in service suspension, inventory holds, or collections activity. DBKay Prep Services reserves the right to revoke credit terms at any time based on payment history or credit standing.
